Q1: What do you need to make a quotation?
In order to quote you as soon as possible please provide us the following information:

Q2: How much time do you need to quote?
A: Within 1 working day after receive enquiry with all the necessary details.
Q3: Can I buy some products from your company?A: All our products are customized made according to customers' drawing/sample, no stock products available.
Q4: Can i get some sample for check quality?A: Usually, we don't provide free sample, we will provide sample for confirm when order batch quantity before production or we will take sample fee first, will refund after batch production.Single sample will charge the sample feel.
Q5: If i need the parts urgent, can you help?
A: Yes, we are here to help. Production time is flexible .if you need the parts urgent, please tell us the delivery time you need, we will do our best to adjust the production schedule priority.
Q6: I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?
A: Sure, we do not display any customers' design or show to other people, we can sign NDA.
Q7: How long does it take to have products?
A: It varies a little depending on the product size and complexity of it shape and quantity. We will give our exact delivery time when you get the quotation.
Q8: What kind of payment condition do you accept?
A: If total amount =< USD 3000: 100% payment before production
If total amount > USD 3000: 50% T/T deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment.
Q9: What guarantee that you will make them as good as we do?
A: We can offer 1-3 pcs of samples to you for approval, if the quality is OK, and we will proceed our business. We always inspect all the detailers shown on the drawings, and we can offer inspect report to you if you need.
Q10: What guarantee do we get that it’s made from correct material?
A: We can offer material certificates which will assure you we use correct material.
Q11: What is the easiest way for handling the shipment? Can you ship to our door?
A: We can ship directly to customers' warehouse, and help to handle all the sea and air shipment, import duty and documentations, and inland transportation jobs. So, customers can wait for goods arriving warehouse easily.
Q12: We have our own shipping agency, can you ship to them? How is the costs difference between you and them?
A: We can also cooperate with the shipping agency that customer familiar with, send goods to major Chinese seaport or major US or European seaport, let them do the rest of shipping jobs.
But generally, our total costs from China is 20-30% lower than customer can have their best price from domestic agencies.
Q13: How about the shipping by sea time from China to here?
A: Generally, 16 days to west coast of US, 28 days to US east coast, 18 days to major European seaport. Another 5 days for import custom clearance, 5 days for inland transportation. 3-5 day by air to anywhere.
Totally, it will take 30-45 days for goods arrive customers' warehouse.
Q14: What kinds of items are suitable for sourcing in China?
A: The most suitable components are:
• Higher volume parts: develop a new product from far away offshore country will involve a lot of jobs and costs: building new tooling, quality control, new process control, customer feedbacks and confirmation etc. If the purchasing quantity is big and not so many items, it is economic that with limited efforts, customer will save significant purchasing costs.
• Labor intensive parts: when labor such as machining ,welding and assembly are the major costs portion of a component, it is a suitable part for sourcing from China, as the labor costs are low in China, and in this way, it will save good purchasing costs for customers.
